Dangote Urea is the live commercial line today. Dangote NPK is listed separately as a future availability line so buyers can register interest.

What is the minimum bulk quantity?

Where applicable, the minimum bulk quantity is equivalent to 720 bags or 36 metric tons.

How is stock shown on the website?

Each product carries a visible stock or availability status such as “Call to Confirm for Large Orders” or “Future Availability.”

Will I get a refund if product is unavailable?

Full refund will be issued if product is unavailable or criteria are not met.

How are delivery costs handled?

Delivery costs are determined with each approved order. Fulfillment options may include Dangote fleet delivery or approved self-collection, subject to policy and logistics availability.

What happens if goods are damaged during delivery?

Damaged products identified during approved delivery handling will be replaced immediately. All sales are final after collection and confirmation by the client.

Will VAT be charged?

VAT applies where invoiced and will be stated clearly on commercial quotes and invoices.
