Can I buy one or two bags online?
No. The platform is not a retail shop. Minimum order begins at one truckload of 720 bags.
Why is payment not automatic?
The workflow is intentionally manual so compliance, finance control, and order integrity are maintained on high-value transactions.
Where do I pick up after approval?
Approved buyers receive an authorization letter for direct pickup at our warehouse in Industrial Estate, near NTA Okitipupa.
What documents should I expect to provide?
At minimum, expect valid photo ID with NIN, a signed End-Use Declaration, and a tax document. CAC, FMARD, farmer registration, cooperative, or land-use documents may also be required depending on buyer type.
What happens if an authorization letter expires?
Expiry means the approval window is no longer active. A fresh review or reissue may be required depending on operations policy.

The public site is structured to support expansion, while keeping the same trust-led approach to compliance, verification, and buyer handling.
