No instant consumer checkout and no automatic allocation merely by submitting a request.

720 bags / 36 metric tons
Minimum bulk volume applies where stated unless the company confirms otherwise in writing.
Core commercial rules
- Orders submitted through the website are treated as pre-orders or quote requests only.
- Approval remains subject to buyer vetting, document review, payment confirmation, and operational clearance.
- Payment is currently bank-transfer based and remains subject to manual verification before release.
- The company may request additional information where an order or buyer profile requires clarification.
Pricing, VAT, and availability
- Commercial pricing is issued through quote or transaction guidance rather than public cart checkout.
- VAT applies where invoiced and will be stated clearly on commercial quotes and invoices.
- Allocation remains subject to availability, scheduling, logistics readiness, and internal approval.
- Full refund will be issued if product is unavailable or criteria are not met.
Logistics and release
- Release is handled through authorization-based pickup at our warehouse in Industrial Estate, near NTA Okitipupa, Ondo State or another approved logistics arrangement.
- Delivery costs are determined with each approved order. Fulfillment options may include Dangote fleet delivery or approved self-collection, subject to policy and logistics availability.
- The buyer remains responsible for readiness, transport coordination, and any agreed logistics obligations.
Damages, finality, and force majeure
- Damaged products identified during approved delivery handling will be replaced immediately. All sales are final after collection and confirmation by the client.
- Operational delays or restrictions arising from force majeure, transport disruption, security events, or regulatory directives may affect release timing or logistics arrangements.
- The company reserves the right to suspend, reject, or revoke transactions where integrity or compliance concerns arise.
