Commercial terms for a verification-based pre-order model
These terms explain the conditions under which pre-orders, approvals, payment review, and warehouse pickup are handled.
Commercial basis
Pre-order only
No instant consumer checkout, no retail fulfillment promise, and no automatic allocation by mere submission.
Pickup control
14-day authorization window
Pickup timing remains governed by the issued authorization and operational readiness.
Core commercial rules
- Orders submitted through the website are pre-orders only.
- Approval remains subject to buyer vetting, document review, payment verification, and operational clearance.
- Minimum order is one truckload of 720 bags of 50kg Urea unless otherwise approved in writing.
- Payment is currently bank-transfer based and treated as unverified until confirmed by authorized finance personnel.
Fulfillment and logistics
- Fulfillment is by authorization letter for direct pickup at our warehouse in Industrial Estate, near NTA Okitipupa.
- The buyer remains responsible for transport arrangement, readiness, and associated logistics.
- Authorization letters are time-bound and may expire if not used within the approved pickup window.
- Expired, rejected, or revoked approvals do not create an automatic dispatch obligation.
Refunds, adjustments, and availability
- Allocation remains subject to product availability, plant scheduling, and operational conditions.
- Any refund, adjustment, or rescheduling decision is handled under the company's internal review process and applicable commercial terms.
- Administrative corrections may be required where buyer information, quantity, or pickup details are inconsistent.
Risk and force majeure
- Operational delays or restrictions arising from force majeure, transport disruption, security events, regulatory directives, or plant scheduling may affect timing.
- The company reserves the right to suspend, reject, or revoke transactions where integrity or compliance concerns arise.
